To solve that issue I am requiring a deposit to hold your phone call.  You schedule the time and if you need to change the time or cancel you need to let me know at least 24 hours in advance. 

When you show up and do our call, you’ll get your deposit back.

It’s a shame that I need to take this step, but I’ve had too many people schedule time and stand me up over the years.  And right now I just don’t have time to deal with that.
